The BabyPlus Company, LLC warranties systems purchased from our site in the USA. If you purchased outside the USA, please contact the place of purchase for support.
All warranty information is for the original owner of the product only and is valid from time of purchase for 180 days. The warranty ceases to exist when products are rented, sold, given away or have been modified from the original design of the product.
The BabyPlus Company warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 180 days from purchase. Any part of this product will either be replaced or refunded if proven defective and returned within the warranty period.
Replacement or refund is at the sole discretion of BabyPlus LLC.
This warranty does not cover battery replacement nor does it cover damage to any part of the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System from improper use or maintenance, accident or connection to an improper device.
Purchase of BabyPlus products from an unauthorized reseller may exclude you from BabyPlus warranty, service, or support.
If your BabyPlus System is not performing as it should, we will happily exchange it, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, for a replacement system. If the returned system is in fact defective, The BabyPlus Company will cover the shipping expenses associated with the exchange.
All warranty exchanges must be accompanied by a Warranty Authorization Form and proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged systems, so insurance or a trackable shipping method is recommended.
Once received and malfunction is confirmed, you will receive a warranty replacement immediately.
If you purchased your BabyPlus Prenatal Education System from The BabyPlus Company and decide not to use it, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (less a 12% restocking fee) provided the product is returned in new condition in retail packaging within 30 days from date of purchase.

All refunds must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form and proof of purchase.
BabyPlus does not refund the cost of shipping to return a product. If you purchased your BabyPlus Prenatal Education System from one of our vendors, please contact them regarding their return policy.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
For international orders we suggest you order from one of our international distributors. This way we can help you to reduce your shipping costs.

Its manufacturer makes no claims whatsoever for medical or health care benefits, nor is the system intended as either a medical or therapeutic device.
The BabyPlus Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty with respect to this product.
